Keep 2 types of salt in the kitchen
1 - Cheaper one (Kosher salt, or a fine refined sea salt) for marinades, waters, rubbing, every day cooking
2 - More expensive textured salt (Maldon sea salt) for finishing foods
Table salt - Granular, flows well, small dense and strong, iodine added (metallic taste). anticaking agents
Kosher Salt - cheap, all rounder salt
Sea Salt - Thick flakey salt, expensive but great texture for finishing
