Most restaurants don’t take bookings, or have up to date websites / instagram pages so you have to rock up and wait for a table.
The food in general seemed really good everywhere though.
Where we went
Bakalikon - in Triovasalos
Near our AirBnb, had a nice relaxed local vibe and the food was decent
O Hamos - Adamas (Highly recommend)
Get there for 7ish to get a table, may have to wait 30-45 mins but you can wait on the beach with a drink watching sunset so it’s not too bad. At 8pm the wait will be 1.5-2 hours
- Goat amazingly tender and fall apart, potatoes perfect texture like fondant and the sauce was thin but rich and tasty (lemon mustard)
- Aubergine salad - cold fresh and tasty
- Mixed cheese, okay, flavours like a Shakshuka - spice - Alice liked it
- Black bean orzo very tasty, bean heavy went perfectly with the goat
- The greatest mousse Alice has ever had !!!! Hazelnuts and praline . Light, rich, chocolate top
